First time deliveries must be made to either a home or a business. No exceptions. Please have your original medical marijuana recommendation as well as your CA. ID ready. Our driver will need to see and copy both on the first delivery.
Once we know you and we are comfortable with each other, a Green Lane 420 driver can meet you at different locations at our discretion.
GreenLane 420 drivers currently cover the cities of Brawley, Westmorland, Calipatria, and Imperial with unique order minimums for each city.
$30 Minimum: Brawley
$50 Minimum: Westmorland, Calipatria
$100 Minimum: Imperial
Greenlane drivers accept cash. Payment is due at the time the delivery is made.
Tipping the driver is optional and appreciated.
ON OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE. Returns or exchanges will considered on local deliveries that qualified for Free Same Day delivery. If approved, they will be taken care of on your next delivery order. We will exchange/return based on the weight of medicine left un-smoked. Please indicate to the Customer Service Representative that you have a return/exchange. This will take place on your next purchase. We do not make deliveries just for a return/swap.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Greenlane 420 is open for calls and processing orders from 10am to 10pm daily. Because we are limited to the number of deliveries we can make each day it’s recommended that you place your order as early in the day as possible. Especially on Friday and Saturday. All orders are made within 30 minutes or less, unless specified by the dispatch.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA?
We cannot accept any out of state patients, nor can we ship out of state under any circumstances.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH I MAY ORDER?
Yes. In an effort to prevent diversion of products from use by anyone aside from the member patient we limit orders for First Time Patients to a maximum of 1 oz (28 grams) total of flowers. If you need a larger amount of medical cannabis, please inquire and on a case by case basis we will discuss your needs to determine if the request can be approved. Appropriate requests can be made based on medical ailment and product intentions; medical documents and physician consultation may be required.

We do not have certified medical professionals on staff, therefore we cannot provide you with medical advice.
